This hotel is relatively cheap, but also comes with a limited experience. Hotel facilities are somehow rusted and not very carefully polished. The hotel room is not sound proof. Also, I'm confused to hear a maintenance or repairing noise since around 9 a.m. in the morning, which is troubling.

The room was clean, the stay was very comfortable, the service was attentive, and the children had a great time. Shopping in the surrounding area is also very convenient, and the hotel guidance is in place. It is the first choice for tourist and business accommodation.

這家是七天改的星程，星程是華住會的非標酒店，在華住會品牌體系裡和全季同級。我住的206房間，在電梯正門口，隔音之差令人髮指，所有人經過我房間門口説話就像在我面前説話。房間地面很多污漬，起碼一個月沒有拖地。床頭有上一位客人留下的貼紙。屋內全身鏡有非常多氧化的痕跡，甚至像是血跡。好在床品布草衹是有些許細小污漬沒有發現過嚴重的問題，一客一換應該是做到了的。重頭戲是洗手間，龍頭、淋雨、洗澡間所有金屬件非常骯臟嚴重銹蝕，根本沒有翻新，且廁所有明顯異味！噴灑了大量空氣清新劑。
早餐我是沒有體驗的，我訂的無早房間，但有華住企業鉑金，按理應該給雙早，但前台沒有提及，同時前台標明早餐30/位，我看房間的狀況也沒有任何胃口去吃早餐。
這家業主，如果缺錢換鏡子、淋雨五金，大可以不開酒店！前台的培訓也非常不到位！
華住會真該把這些非標品牌都扔了，我住過兩次星程，對這個非標品牌非常厭惡！品牌方一點監管都沒有！
攜程商旅的客服，和我溝通的客服態度上沒有問題，但他的領導，説半小時回電，超過一小時且我催促多次都沒有給我結果，如果不是我當天過於勞累，早把你投訴了，處理問題態度非常消極！攜程上標的2022開業，3鑽，攜程的考核標準真的很差！平台對酒店的監管非常令人失望！

避大雷！尤其是獨行女孩子，我於10號下午入住該酒店，一進房間內就看到了位於床正上方的這個口子，當時沒多想。直到凌晨準備入睡時，因為平時都是獨自出行且作為女孩子比較嚴謹，我進行了一系列安保措施，比如房間門上三重保險之類的，然後就突然想起來枕頭正上方這個地方，我想着推一推試試看，沒想到一推還真推開了，（我身高168站在床上毫不費力就推開了）裏面黑洞洞的，我立馬用手機手電筒查看，驚呆了，裏面的空間非常之大且向四周無限延伸，可以説是一條密道，我頓時就不敢睡了，我不能確定上面這個空間是否藏人，於是聯繫酒店前台，前台表示衹有我這個房型有這個口，我要求換房，前台説都滿房了，然後説安排師傅上門看看，師傅來了説這個酒店百分之八十的房間都有這個口，沒法給我處理，然後我問：如果我從我的房間爬上去，是否可以通過上面的密道去到我想去的任何房間，師傅沉默了，並不正面回答我的問題，然後就説這是違法行為，答案已經不言而喻了，太可怕了！之後聯繫經理，經理説聯繫店長，店長給出的回覆就是：要不現在收拾東西別住了；要不就讓我刪除訂單，房間按240多算，我訂的房間是303塊，也就是説我的安全連60塊錢都不值。當時已經凌晨一點多快兩點了，明知道我是一個女孩子，還給出如此不人道的解決方案，我非常不滿意，沒有選擇任何解決方案，開着燈湊合的躺了一晚。該店處理事情的態度，屋子的安保問題，對顧客尤其是女性顧客的人文關懷，是我住了這麼多酒店沒遇到過的，之後我會挨個投訴舉報
