Quite a trip from Beijing center but in a lovely little village and the huazhuang metro stop is within walking distance. They booked our room to someone else in the middle of our stay and moved us to another room and then back again the next day. They are very generous with the water bottles, slippers, disposable towels, etc. It was clean and very well maintained. The washing machine, and kitchen things are in the public space with many other fun things for entertainment. The bosses are good.

Nice accommodation to stay with friends or family. The owner guy took us from a nearby area where we lost with our taxi. He is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the city center but very convenient if you decide to play in Universal theme park. The price is really cheap with these conditions. I like that it has two bathrooms. P.S. It is better to take a taxi to find places to eat. Nearby places are not good.

This courtyard is the best palace for visiting Universal Resort. I have visited the Universal Resort with my family. There is a big shuttle bus to the Universal resort. Metro station is near around 1.3km away. We have little tour to the Beijing city center by Metro. That was cool and interesting for us. Also if you visit to the Beijing with your friends, this courtyard is the best palace for you.

The place is near to Universal Studio and was very clean. Owners were easy to cope with.

The location of the place is great. However, the flat is not well maintained. The floor is quite broken and some of the broken parts are covered with dirty carpets. The cleanliness of the beds are good but the floor is quite dirty. Not recommending this place for families who travel with grannies who are 60 years or older and kids. The bathroom is not separated with a shower and toilet, so after taking a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet. Description said there are two bathrooms, but to be exact, it is one full bathroom and one washroom without bath/shower. Usually when we are traveling, we would turn off all the air conditioning before we go out for our activities during the day. However, when we arrived, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and bugs inside the rooms. Plus, it smelled moldy inside. We have to leave the air conditioning on during the day so that when we went back at night, there were less bugs and smelled less moldy The management team is very helpful and very nice. I hope my review can help to make this a better place as the best thing about this place is the location.

This hotel is close to Universal Studios. There is a free bus service in the morning and evening. Comfortable with many beds in many rooms. The hotel staff were friendly. The bad thing is that the street lighting is poor and dark. Poor selection of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Amazing service and a nice, cozy house for a weekend getaway. Location was relatively far outside downtown Beijing, but that was no problem if you only came to relax at the house.

The room is clean, the environment is warm, and it is convenient to pick up and drop off at Universal Studios. I have to praise the housekeeper for good service. The group was set up in advance and the call was responded to immediately. I am very satisfied. The surrounding environment is not good. Fortunately, the takeaway is fast and convenient. The surrounding restaurants are not delicious, and the public security is also average.

The whole trip was maintained by a butler, which made me feel safe. We had free pick-up and drop-off at Universal Studios, and a butler also sent me back to my place at night. The place was clean and tidy, and the surroundings were very quiet. There was a small courtyard, an unmanned supermarket, instant noodles, a refrigerator, etc.

I accidentally booked Youyoujia B&B on Ctrip, and it was really great. A family of four traveled, and the two 1.8-inch beds were very comfortable to sleep on. My daughter loved it, and the B&B was very considerate and prepared everything. I just had to go to Huanqiu to play, so I didn't take pictures of the yard during the day. The housekeeper's service was first-rate 👍The key is that the price-performance ratio is super high. I recommend it to my family and friends for travel.
