Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in during my annual visits to China. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. They have two sets of commercial washer/dryers -- something I've never seen anywhere else in China. Breakfast features local produce and Beijing specialties. Naturally flavored mineral water is available throughout the day. There is an automatic espresso machine in the main lobby, with an ice machine right next to it. Brew an espresso, take a cup of ice, and use the milk from the breakfast room to make iced coffee. Tea is good quality, too. Staff will happily gift you as much Nongfu Spring water as you want. Very close to the subway and bus station. Wifi is solid. There are two robots. There is one negative, however: You will keep thinking about this hotel when you are visiting other cities.

The hotel is good and room was clean and neat and bed comfortable. Washroom clean and provide all amenities which require for any guest. They have coffee bar in lobby and it’s free. The location of hotel is convenient for those need to stay close to Beijing South Railway station.

Small rooms but cozy. A comfortable bad, different types of pillows. Free coffee and water with lemon at the lobby. 5 min walking from the nearest subway station, very convenient for PKX airport, highly recommended!

The location is convenient, located in Cuilin Community, a 7-minute drive from Beijing South Railway Station to the hotel. In addition, it is one subway stop to Caoqiao Subway Station. Caoqiao has a subway to Daxing Airport, which is very convenient whether by train or plane. Within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, you can take bus No. 48 to Qianmen and Niu Street, and then take bus No. 5 to the Forbidden City. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Jingfengmen Subway Station and you can reach major attractions, which is great! The room has a small table and sofa, which is convenient for sitting and eating fruit, extra points! There is delicious pot stickers opposite the hotel, which is great!

Terrible service. My suitcase appeared broken and open in the room after the cleaning service came. They denied the incident, refused to take responsibility and refused to give any kind of compensation. When we asked for the complaint form they didn't have one, the only solution was to call the police.

The room is big and spacious. The service is perfect. I looked for it several times and the attitude was very good. For family travel, I searched online for the vicinity of Beijing South Railway Station. The online reviews were quite good. The overall decoration style of the hotel was quite good. I decisively placed an order for a 5-day and 4-night itinerary. I arrived at Beijing South Railway Station on the afternoon of July 3rd and took the No. 14 bus. Take the subway to Exit G of Jingfeng Road. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the subway. The transportation is very convenient. Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven and other famous attractions can be reached in about an hour by subway. The staff in the hotel are very nice. There are free sour plum soup, lemon juice, coffee and other drinks at the front desk, as well as free robot delivery service. There are free washing machines, dryers, and fitness equipment on the first floor, and you can do laundry at night. There is a queue, but it is quite convenient. If you have any questions, call the front desk and they will be on call. The overall experience is great, but the neighborhood is a bit deserted. The nearest Wanda Plaza is about a 10-minute walk away. However, if I have the opportunity to come to Beijing in the future, I will choose Home Inn!

The room was clean and hygienic. The drain in the shower room was a little clogged, but it was quickly fixed. Ctrip customer service also sent two breakfasts. Thank you very much.
