It has the atmosphere of a farmyard, the room is clean and tidy with balcony bathroom, comfortable and quiet, beautiful scenery, and the gurgling water in the small garden is quite emotional! The owner is reasonable, attentive and thoughtful. The dishes are delicious and affordable. The owner’s roasted lamb shank is very delicious. The most pleasant part of this trip is this farmyard! I didn't book it in advance, and my friends didn't book it.

位於平谷上宅村的58號民宿，距離金海湖不到3公里，遠離喧囂，比較幽靜。小院佈置雅緻，飼養了一些小動物，充滿活力。餐廳與客房不在一棟樓，可最大程度避免就餐者對住客休息的幹擾。小院往北一點有個小停車場，可停個七八輛車。小院大門上有提示牌很貼心。
足不出院就能就餐，非常適合小酌怡情。這裏比較有特色的是中華鱘，多數地方還真不見得有。老闆身兼數職，化身大師傅，廚藝在線，一道豉汁鱘魚讓人大快朵頤。排骨豆角也是選取排骨肉好的位置佐以大量豆角，沒有任何充量的墊菜，實實在在。熱菜量足之外，讓人意外的是涼菜的量之大，相當於一般地方兩到三盤的量。儘管作為大胃王的我們，為了光盤也是較為盡力。所以請各位酌情點餐。
房間乾淨整潔，北面的房間涼爽宜人，夏天避暑非常合適。
臨走退房老闆還熱心的贈送了自製黃桃罐頭，孩子特別喜歡，到家就吃了。
希望這裏越來越好，讓我們後會有期。

房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，值得一提的是床墊挺舒服，小院環境好，有些鳥啊、魚啊、兔子啊，可以燒烤、打麻將、打乒乓球，有餐廳，吃飯也方便，祝老闆生意興隆，有機會還要再去！

總體滿意。一家五口出行，提前預訂了火炕房，清明假期不到五百的價格性價比可以。
房間：有空調和炕。剛進去還是有點陰涼。開始以為火炕這個季節用不了，到了發現是電熱的，體驗到了久違的熱炕頭的感覺非常不錯。
用餐：小院有餐廳可以點菜。晚餐在這吃的，點了幾個菜，魚香肉絲，帶魚味道偏甜，幹煸豆角味道不錯。鍋包肉味道和火候差點意思，量稍少。早餐10元每位需提前預訂。
環境：整體環境不錯，房間，餐廳也很乾凈衞生。
服務：老闆人不錯，小院服務的感覺也都是自己家人。晚上集中用餐時人手略顯不夠，上菜會稍慢，其他的服務都還不錯。

停車方便，地理位置好（維景平替）。老闆的小院裝修的很有特色，衞生也很乾凈。院子裏養了兔子龍貓鸚鵡和魚，小朋友們很喜歡。晚上和早上在院子裏吃的飯，清蒸中華鱘非常贊。走的時候老闆還送了兩瓶黃桃罐頭。會回購！

一進院子看到一株大柳樹，陰涼清爽，餐廳乾淨無蚊蟲，飯菜可口，石烹肝尖，拔絲白薯，清炒倭瓜，拍黃瓜，炸河蝦等都很好吃。房間訂晚了，住一樓，稍微有點潮，開了空調除濕，睡得也不錯！去梨樹溝玩到九點二十回來，老闆仍給開火炒菜，十分感動！臨走時，還送了自製黃桃罐頭，點贊！
