Rooms are very spacious and satisfactory. Staff were very accomodating to requests and a gym was included on level 2. Breakfast was also buffet style and quite pleasing. Enjoyable overall

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The counter officer 志然 was exceptionally helpful and considerate, reminding me about the repair work next to my room and offering me the option to change rooms for a more comfortable stay. Such attention to detail and thoughtfulness was much appreciated. Additionally, all the staff were friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I especially loved the thoughtful gesture of serving tea on winter days, which truly warmed me up and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!

My room was the cheapest and it had a window to a wall about 80 cm away so that was the only problem
The other rooms lost bit more but absolutely worth it , good breakfast very friendly staff and helpful in every way..

as always, a stay that feels like home. hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. clean, cosy and warm for winter. convenient with a mart downstairs, local restaurants within walking distance and metro nearby.

Tiniest Atour hotel I’ve been. Understandable since its in Beijing. No TV movies in the room. But clean, good looking, and all over OK.
