The lobby is beautiful and convenient, the room is clean, simple and comfortable, the lighting and ventilation are good, the bedding and pillows are clean, the shower head is of good quality, and the hot and cold water are excellent. I forgot to close the window when I went out for travel in the morning. After the wind started in the afternoon, I called the customer service and they immediately helped me close it. The takeaway items were placed at the front desk and were also delivered to the door of the room by the robot. Very nice and thankful! I will stay in your hotel again next time I visit relatives or travel in Beijing.
If possible, it would be better to replace a high-speed hair dryer in each room. After all, domestic hair dryers are not too expensive.
