PALACE GARDEN Tai He Fu Hotel

Firstly, the hotel changed its name and now it is called - Palace Garden Hotel. Secondly, the hotel is located far from the city center and some distance from the main road. But there is a metro station "Life Science Park" within 10 minutes walk. The one-story hotel is built in the traditional style of an old Chinese palace. In the room where I stayed there was no bed and the bed was right on the floor. The room is very small, maximum for two. Instead of a TV there was a projector on the entire wall. Although there is nothing to watch there since there is absolutely no content in English. The hotel has a very beautiful courtyard with a large old park and a pond. There are many buildings in traditional style and everything is very beautiful. This is probably its main advantage, it is very unusual. Minimalist breakfast in traditional chinese style. The only downside I can name is the absolute lack of knowledge of English by the staff, even at the reception.

Lovely stay at the hotel, room very comfortable, very nice selection for breakfast. The bunnies and peacocks are super cute 😊 Although far from central Beijing, it’s reachable by transport and also closer to train stations that serve the link to Badaling Great Wall.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is located very far north, however, is close to the Summer Palace and the Great Wall. The staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights and were unable to make use of all their amenties. We would definitely stay there again.
