Enjoy Hotel（Sanlitun Tuanjiehu Subway Station Store）

The location is convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room's balcony is a nice feature, and the coffee is good too!

The hotel's service was exceptional. The front desk staff upgraded us to a room with a small garden. The hotel aunties were also wonderful; they helped us with our luggage to our room and delivered our takeout multiple times with such a great attitude. When we checked out, the front desk staff even thoughtfully gave us a souvenir. The overall service and facilities far exceeded the price point. Out of all the places we stayed in Beijing, this was the best in the city – and it's not far from Sanlitun either. When I felt unwell unexpectedly, they even lent me a thermometer, showing how well-equipped they are.

Every staff member was so warm and patient. Aunt Xiu even went out of her way to help me carry my luggage to the subway entrance when I checked out. I was truly touched by that level of service!

The hotel's location is unbeatable, super close to the subway station, and it's also very convenient to get to popular attractions by taxi. This was my second stay, and this time I was given a room at the end of the hall. I'm not sure if it was because of the rainy weather or something else, but every evening when I returned to the room, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the sink drain. I hope the hotel can look into this issue.

Not very satisfied. The cleanliness was poor, especially in the room where there was a lot of dust and even trash left by previous guests. The balcony also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It felt like really bad value for money. The soundproofing was also terrible, and it was very noisy at night.

Not bad overall, but there aren't many dining options nearby. The subway is super close, and it's also very convenient to get to Sanlitun and the bar street. The BBQ place next door to the hotel is pretty good, definitely worth a try.
