Value for money. Service is excellence and provide children playground and even laundry services for free. Soundproof can improve but for price and with the location, its already scored high cp.

Booked a family room with 2x queen bed. Although the room size is big but lack storage space. Shower room needs improvement as water easily overflow to the common toilet area.

This hotel is very convenient and near Wangfujin Street and Jinyu Hutong station. The staff is very kind and helpful even they can’t speak English. Thanks a million for upgrading my Queen room to King room free of charge. Lastly. I was really impressed by a little robot bringing us the commodity.

The location of the hotel was great - it was near the Wangfujing shopping district, and walking distance to numerous public transport options. However, the housekeeping team was not thorough - there were often clumps of hair lying in the room (we even found someone’s used contact lens) and it was as if they just gathered the dust / dirt together and left it there. The plumbing in the hotel is weak, and the smell of sewage lingers in the toilet. The hotel was otherwise cozy and the reception staff were also helpful.

Pro:
- The hotel locate really close to the WangFuJing shopping street.
- The staff is really helpful and attentive. They'll try to help you even they cannot speak english.
- Free self-service washing machine and dryer with free detergent included.
- Fitness and Kid play room available.
Cons:
- The air conditioner is not work well for my room.
- The hotel locate really close to the pedestrian street. So, it might be difficult when you want to get a ride from DiDi. It might took sometime to get a driver.
- The hotel have two side of the building. My friend's room on the otherside of mine have low water pressure.

Taxis and online ride-hailing cars can stop at the hotel entrance, but there may be traffic jams in the Second Ring Road at different times. I was surprised that a 3-star hotel could provide me with a 4-star hotel service. The receptionist was friendly, and she allowed me and my family to check in early before 12 p.m. since there was an available room for us. Once I stepped into the room, its space and view were beyond my expectations. The toilet space is spacious as well. The Hotel Cleaner Auntie cleaned and tidied up our room daily. Importantly, this hotel is near WFJ Business Street and Subway Station. In short, I will recommend the traveller to stay in this hotel for mid-tier budget travelling.

Super appreciative this hotel let me check in early after a long overnight flight. Staff are very nice and accommodating, and the room is perfect for a solo traveller. Amenities delivered by robot is particularly cute. Location is extremely convenient, less than 10 mins walk from stations on two metro lines, as well as the lively Wangfujing shopping area.
Only improvement is that sound insulation could be better, and at times I could smell cigarette smoke despite the hotel’s policy of no smoking in rooms. But in general I had a pleasant stay and slept well.

The location is excellent and very convenient and the receptionists and staffs are friendly and helpful. The first room was too hot even without the heater turned on, and we got changed to a different room, which is a lot better. Overall it has good value for money, rooms and the building are a little outdated and the soundproofing isn’t good.

We had good 4 nights stay at Coffiz Hotel, but some concerns needed to be improved. The hotel location is in an aisle, it is fine but cant be reached by large vehicle, so we have to bring oir luggages to somewhere the bus can park. The bathroom is a bit dark, the hot water comes out slow, and my most concern is there was no any hanger in the bathroom, how should I put my towel when I took a bath and after taking a bath. I hope the front desk people would be more helpful too, since we were tourist and we needed some guidance in your country.

The lady working in the lobby was kind and helpful. She brought our things up and placed them into our room when we left our bags in the lobby as we arrived a lot earlier than the check-in time. She was also very helpful to the questions we had. Furthermore, the hotel is clean and tidy. They also sent up room slippers and extra things using a robot. The location is also great as it is tucked at the corner of a walking street and you can see locals playing badminton, basketball and dancing nearby around dinner time. I highly recommend this place!

The location is superb, you can go to APM every day .. the room is big enough for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The restuarant adjacent to the hotel open till midnight make you find it comfort to dine in after the exhausted day. The only comment is that .. the hotel should provide breakfast as the restuarant is normally open at 10. So, we had only Mc Donald as breakfast every day.

We are in the USA and visited Beijing, China, to see the Great Wall.
I found a reasonable price and English-speaking staff at the COFFIZZ Hotel.
Crystal was my contact point. She was very friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed, we just texted her and got a reply quickly. We didn’t know where the good place to eat was, and she provided all the details.
The hotel room is nice, clean, and spacious, with many places to eat.
I recommend the COFFIZZ Hotel and Crystal if anyone needs a hotel and an English-speaking staff member.
