Our stay at Waldorf Astoria was comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We received top quality service at every touch point - right from the main door.
I especially enjoyed the spa. The team there, Vivian and Kelly did a great job with the welcome and the introduction to the services. Lily delivered the face guasha really well and I would have gone back if I had more time. I looked so much better the day after

The hotel was very good and fancy. It has exceeded my expectations and also surprised me with the features. The staff is also nice.The food is delicious and tasty.Pool is big enough for the whole family,steam room is perfect.

This was a very nice hotel as far as service goes. The room was not impressive and not worth the splurge. You can get much nicer rooms for 1/2 the cost. I believe you are paying for the name of the Waldorf.

The room was immaculate and service impeccable - exactly the right balance of professionalism and kindness. I was also served the best martini ever. My only criticism is, surprisingly, the standard of food served in the bar. We expected high prices, but these should be matched by the quality of the meal. In our case, they were most certainly not.
