The location was good. But the room was not clean and the surrounding is quite noisy.

I’ve been Beijing for transit that’s why I had lots of luggage. the staff help me to move it into the room. The room is clean and cozy. Little noisy because pup in front of hotel but the hotel provide ear plug. The location is close to Sanlitun thus even the night time also safe. If i come Beijing, i will come again👍

This hotel are located in the center area of Sanlitun. Easy to find some foods. Even though quiet far from subway station.

Nice hotel located in Sanltun area. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping malls nearby. The hotel room was clean and the staff was kind, but no one speaks English.

I paid CNY617+ per night, which is HIGHER than normal. I stayed 4 consecutive nights and I’m seriously disappointed with the housekeeping service and low standards of cleanliness. They’re very lazy, doing ZERO cleaning whatsoever. They only replace towels and amenities. And there’s ALWAYS a sticky residue on the amenities provided. Everyday, my hand will touch a brown sticky gum on something (the wet wipes, the bath robe, the tissue paper). Even the tables at the dining area are disgusting. They also never make the bed, or wash the used cups. If they expect guests to wash their own cups, then please provide a dish soap and a sponge! Otherwise, the hotel should perform all the necessary cleaning, they’re PAID to do! And the sink has black / brown spots meaning they never clean the sink. I’m also disappointed with the “Smart” room, which is a higher price. There’s nothing smart about it. No voice control, no intelligence whatsoever. It’s a rip off. The ventilation also doesn’t work, some of the light switches are spoiled. And the room is very noisy. There’s obviously no sound proofing, I can hear people talking out in the streets, even though they’re not shouting. I can also hear children running and talking outside my door and the sound of the bell from the lift. Breakfast is also disappointing, not worth the price. The only good thing about this hotel is the free snacks, free laundry, free water & soda. But with such a dirty service, I rather not have this free crap. It’s also located near shops and restaurants, but you will suffer the noise because these operate late at night.

Would not recommend this hotel. The room needs to be cleaned, the fridge was mouldy and the exhaust fan in the toilet is not working properly. There was only one delivery robot for the entire hotel. Generally speaking, once your delivery is arrived at the front desk. It will take 30-45 mins for them to organise room delivery service. (Front desk workers will claim they are busy so I assume the lack of staff is the main problem) However, the front desk staff were helpful and polite. The location is great.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The reception and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Apart from this, the location is 💯 for any traveler. Ot is close to shopping malls and great restaurants. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I stayed for five nights and had a mixed experience overall. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was below expectations. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and some basic upkeep was neglected throughout the stay, which was disappointing. Breakfast: The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fresh and well-prepared options I looked forward to each morning. Service: The staff were responsive and professional. Any requests or concerns were promptly addressed, which I greatly appreciated. Addon: the toilet air ventilation is terrible, and you always smell people's smoke, which is strong like smoke next to you! While the service and breakfast were commendable, the lack of attention to cleanliness detracted from the overall experience.

Great hotel located in the heart of the action of Beijing at great pricing and helpful friendly staff. Good for solo travelers and business travelers. Would book again.

The hotel needs some serious cleaning. The carpets in the corridor are dirty with lots of stains and bad smell. The plaster in my room was coming off and the floors could have been cleaned better. Walking around with socks and after 5 min they are dirty and full of hairs and dust. Towels don’t always smell fresh. Great location and helpful staff

The hotel is located in Sanlitum area. Very close to shopping malls and nice places. The room was clean and comfortable. Some beverages are for free. The breakfast in Chinese style. The service in the desk doesn’t speak in English but it is not a big problem.

Poor wifi connection, need to improve And the bathroom has no hangers at all. I would not recommend staying here.

I love the convenience of this hotel and service is good! We booked a loft hotel for 2a2c and it’s perfect.

Dirty pillow case. Pube hair all over the fucking bed. Bed is stained with God knows what. Shower and bathroom is claustrophobic with no ventilation. Room is very dusty, basket is dusty, only 3 washing machine, people leave they underwear inside, no regards for other people. Gym is okay. Overall I would say this hotel is 2.5 stars. Must improve cleaning...
