Madison Hotel Wangfujing Tiananmen Beijing Reviews

First night the bathroom was filled with vomitting smell so we informed the counter staff in the next morning. They kept the window opened since housekeeping but when we back to the room at night, the smell was still there so we requested to change. And, they agreed to the request. It will be good that they consider for room renovation or upgrading soon. Overall, staff service are good, location is good & breakfast is good too. Recommended.

Love the hotel, location, spacious and comfy. The only con is centralised aircon, so can get quite hot. But overall I like this hotel!

Amazing. Very good located. Close to the Wangfujing pedestrian street, close to the metro station, walking distance to the Tiana men square and palace.

I thought I enjoyed the most about it superior location. It’s very conveniently located two minutes from the subway 15 minutes walk to the forbidden city and less than 20 minutes to the Tiananmen Square. The hotel room is big and clean and service was also nice.

I think just only 1 concierge can speak English he can everything in morning shift but evening no one can speaking English, for cleaning it avg some smell bad in toilet and dirty for bed sheet(they didn’t change everyday)

It’s a good location, walkable to many tourist attraction. Stayed in the family room, it’s like a loft, it’s quite comfortable just that the sound proof not that great. I can hear neighbour’s kids talking and jumping at night. Overall quite ok.

Washer and detergent is provided. Hutong restaurant within the hotel is better duck then those reputable one. Hotel staffs are helpful.

The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. What truly stood out was the breakfast buffet—delicious and diverse options that catered to all tastes! Additionally, the location couldn't be better; it's conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay at Madison is was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great experience!

The hotel boasts excellent accessibility. It is within a short walking distance to the nearest subway station and wangfujing street, which offers a wide variety of dining options. Our family truly appreciated the location. We booked didi most of the time and the fare is good since it is also near most of the places of interest (e.g. tiananmen, forbidden city) This is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect a doorman or having someone to send your luggages to your room. Nevertheless, the reception service attitude are warm and they are prompt to provide assistance. The hotel also features a laundry room - self service. Breakfast wise - it is not impressive but alright for the price we paid for. I would advise that it is better to go out of the hotel, near wangfujing area and explore better breakfast options. We got a family suite, it was really nice, the bathroom is huge with shower and bathtub. We love our room. The primary drawback of this hotel pertains to cleanliness. While generally clean and tidy, it could benefit from increased attention to particularly with vacuuming the carpets. Replacing the carpets with vinyl wood flooring could mitigate dust and dirt accumulation and be easier to maintain. Overall, the cleanliness issue is not particularly critical, as we are not overly fussy. I believe the hotel's prime location and the good pricing of the rooms would significantly enhance its value, and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Wish they have more dining options in house or vending machines. Staff is generally friendly. Washing area is quite busy and there is no heat function for toilets. Location is very gd,

Location is very good, so near to tian an men square and wang fu jing street. All staffs are very friendly and helpful, you can easily order food and groceries for delivery. This hotel got a robot to send all your deliveries to your room.
