Very Clean. Easy early Check in and fast Check Out. Rooms are Clean, staff very friendly. Good Service via wechat. Breakfast was Chinese Style with changing variations and good enough for the price. I would Loved to have black Coffee what was Missing.
All in all very nice Hotel with very good staff.

The bathroom use clear glass. If you stay with your teen, they cannot use the basins while you are showering or they see you naked😓. Hotel provides basic facilities, like washing machine but dryer is not working. Cleanliness can be improved.

2nd floor is loft without window. It is too warm and no ventilation all times. Hotel provides air filter. We moved the 2 air filter side by side to our lofty bed. We still felt the air is very bad and dusty. We stayed 4 nights and noticed housekeeper didn’t vacuum the carpet at all. We had only tried their breakfast on first day, thereafter we were no interested to eat. The door system is ******. We have to go to lobby to re-load the card every use.

It was an awesome stay. Service is impeccable and clean. But I would say for people staying that don’t know Chinese, it’s abit difficult to communicate and understand as it’s mainly Chinese speaking here but the stay is great and comfy. Thank you!

The check in process took over 30minutes. There is no forms or nothing automated and it is just the recepcionist, who does not speak English, asking you tons of data (that I have not been requested at any other hotel in China). They could not support with transportation to the airport.
Rooms have no windowns and feels humid in the room.
Bed is confortable and location is great

We booked a room with the window and they gave us a room without window (less expensive).
We told them and they said that they didn't have any other room available.
After 2h of complaining they said that they would give us our room but for the next day without any compensation.
After contacting trip customer service (5 star service) they offered us 20% off on our first night (and I still don't know how they will reimburse me).
The room was ok...
I don't know if I will recommend this hotel, I will surely not come back!

The staff was really nice and the hotel was clean unfortunately some people were still smoking in the corridor which made the room smell but otherwise it was good!

I stayed at Lavande Hotel (Beijing Tian’anmen Square) and had a nice experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Tian’anmen Square and other attractions.
The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly, though English could be a bit of a challenge. The breakfast was okay but lacked variety, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t always reliable.
Overall, a good option for the location and comfort—perfect for exploring Beijing!
