Best hotel we ever stayed!!! People in here is super nice! The service is wonderful. Hot Springs and spa amazing, room clean and beautiful. My daugher loved the Space for kids, wanted to stayed there all vacations. The breakfast was massive , delicious with special dishes for kids. Butler service 10/10....we are now planning to come back next year ( we are from Mexico ) , so if this place was closer to us we probably would go every month . Thanks to all the team !!! ... and chinise retaurant uff super delicious.!!!

We had a great stay at the Grand Bay Hotel! Luna contacted us the day before we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was perfect and the scenery at and around the hotel was gorgeous. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip.

The hotel, as well as the service, met my expectations and surpassed my wife's expectations. We were both very happy during our time in the hotel, as Luna was very helpful and attentive to our questions.

We were easily able to upgrade from a garden view to a room with a private pool. It was expensive but very worthwhile & we would go again for a special occasion. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and full of children (take your headphones!).

Excellent guest experience! Amy's butler service is superb! Like the hot spring and steam room facility and kids facility! Can tell that the staff are genuine and well-trained. Highly recommended for a relaxing and wellness experience!

The hotel's decoration design is very tasteful. The services in all aspects are in place. Each room is equipped with a butler. A fruit plate is given as a gift. The needs are responded to at any time. We swam and soaked in sulfur, ginger, angelica, wolfberry and other hot springs (12 choices). The breakfast is rich. We would stay here even when it snows and in spring. Our butler Vivian Zhu sister is considerate and provides considerate service. She carefully introduced the hotel facilities and the reservation of the free items, reminded the breakfast off-peak time and proactively asked about additional needs, etc. She is very patient and considerate. In the morning, we hiked on the private trail in the mountains for 30 minutes... A very satisfying stay experience.

The check-in experience is good. It is convenient to have a private hot spring in the room. Adults and children like to soak in it. The experience is good and not cold. However, I didn't have time to experience the Mid-Shan Hot Spring this time. I saw many people going there on the road. I need to walk outdoors for a while. It's not far and can be tolerated. It should feel good to soak in the hot spring under the sunset. The Internet celebrity lady probably likes this tune. There are not many people in the children's club. I saw parents playing cards in it while their children played. It is more convenient to come and play at any time during the stay, but there are fewer facilities suitable for older children. The housekeeper Alice is good, often reminding and greeting, and taking good care of her! 1 child's outdoor skating experience: good!

High comfort, good hygiene and facilities, especially the butler service. The butler Luna contacted us before arriving at the store, gave us sufficient information, and reasonable suggestions for sightseeing and dining. It was timely, accurate, and considerate. The children had a lot of fun and were given ice cream 🤭

Check-in is slow because there are too many people on weekends. Fortunately, there are many activities, the room type is good, and the breakfast is OK. The five-star hotel in the city can't compare. There are many children's activities and facilities, which is especially suitable for bringing children!

The Mid-Levels Hotel interprets what it means to feel at home. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can put down everything and enjoy your own vacation. It goes without saying that they help you carry your luggage. Seeing that I have booked a yoga class in the afternoon, they patiently introduce the layout of the hotel. Other details are well done, thick cotton slippers, and warm towels to wrap your head after taking a bath. Thanks to the old man in the hot spring. There is basically no one on weekdays. Although the hot springs are partially open, each one is also treated as a private bath. The pillow menu is even more well-received. Although it was not used, the housekeeper was very considerate to replenish the minibar the next day, a whole portion. Before leaving, Luna, the housekeeper, kindly sent two ice creams. Thanks again to Luna for her care. The only small drawback that can be mentioned may be that the decoration has some traces of time, and the floor tiles and wall joints are not handled well, resulting in yellowing now. In addition, the cost-effectiveness of the Chinese restaurant can be said to be almost non-existent, and it is completely not at the same level as the Chinese and Western breakfasts. The breakfast can be said to be very rich, and it can be ranked among the top few I have ever stayed in.

The facilities are complete and the stay is quite comfortable. The room size is just right and the soundproofing is pretty good. The suite we booked this time is really great. Bringing the elderly with you, we can take care of each other. When we sleep at night, we close the connecting door in the middle so that we don't disturb each other. Before we checked in, the staff VIVIAN took the initiative to contact us to get some of our service needs, remind us of some precautions, and consider small details such as booking hot springs. They also helped us reserve a table for dinner in advance. The overall service experience and service feeling are very good.

It is about a 2-hour drive from downtown Beijing, which is more suitable as a destination for short trips with children. There are no commercial areas or restaurants around the hotel, so you can only eat in the hotel restaurant. The Chinese restaurant has fewer dishes, especially no dishes suitable for young children. I think this aspect needs to be improved as a parent-child hotel. The hotel's room hygiene and service are very good. The front desk basically responded within 5 minutes after calling. The pools are basically outdoors, and there is only one indoor pool, which is not large. In the cold winter, the outdoor pool is not very convenient for the elderly and children. The children's playground was beyond my expectations. I thought that the hygiene of such a large park might not keep up. I didn't expect it to be very clean. There was no dust in the corners. The children's socks were not dirty after playing for an afternoon, and the staff were cleaning anytime and anywhere. Finally, I would like to thank Miss Cheng, the housekeeper, for her beautiful and thoughtful service. She can think from the perspective of the guests and provide high-quality services. The elderly and children at home are very happy and said they will come again in the future. Overall, it was a very pleasant hotel stay experience and I would recommend it to friends.
