This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! No doubt about it. From 7am to 8am on the 20th and till today before 8am, the cleaning service is just like history. The cleaning staff slammed the door when closing it... They don't even consider the guest's stay experience. Although they were reminded a few days ago, they still did their own thing the next day, and even thought of framing the problem on other guests. I can only say that they are too extreme, really a nest of snakes and rats... And the hotel TV is not good, even the phone is not good. I would like to ask you, why do you run a hotel and cheat the people when everything is broken?
