The room was clean, and the staff had a service-oriented mindset. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located opposite a department store and is near many restaurants.

I loved my stay here - the lobby and the room were both so clean and spacious. My bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bedsheets they use are very soft. The room even has a vinyl player which I was surprised about. The speakers are very good and I enjoyed using them. The shower and bathroom were very clean, and the hairdryer is very powerful. The reception were so kind and helpful. I was feeling unwell with flu symptoms and the staff gave me some medicine. The next morning, I explained that my room did not include breakfast and I wanted to purchase, the staff gave me breakfast buffet for free! The breakfast was great with many options and very healthy. The location is good and there is a shopping mall with many food options just across the road. I would love to stay here again!

Beijing is very expensive, the room is small but fully equipped, with coffee, tea, mini fridge, and a dressing mirror. The front desk service is very good. I like Jinbao, and the breakfast is also good. Service: Excellent

The room is too unhygienic. Look at the pictures. The toilet is so dirty that I didn't take a picture. The kettle, remote control, sink, and luggage rack are not clean. It doesn't match the brand of Atour and the price. I have reported it to the front desk but there is no reply. I understand that I will just stay for one night. I will choose Atour Hotel carefully in the future, especially Qingju and X. I am disappointed.
