The most annoying thing was staying there until 12 I ordered the waitress to come over to remind me. I thought that most hotels would call to remind you, or knock on the door three times in an orderly manner before saying greetings. This good girl came up on time at 12 o'clock and knocked on the door frantically. It scared me to death. I woke up immediately, the service really couldn't keep up, and I have never seen any hotel that rushes guests to check out at 12 noon. The hotel where I stayed always checked out at 2 pm, and the reviews also reminded me of 14.00. In future comments, I think the boss is crazy about making money. He opened a room at five in the morning, knocked on my door at 12 noon, and charged me 25 yuan to check out at one o'clock. Talking about the service attitude of the waiters, I can understand that the hotel in Novotel does not deliver the takeout to the room. When the takeout arrived, I called the front desk and asked if it could be delivered. The male waiter said that it was okay. After 20 minutes, I called again and said that I need to print it here. I was told to go down and get the things by myself. There was no integrity at all. There were two waiters at the front desk, a male and a female. I didn’t know how busy it was when I checked out a few people. I stayed in the worst hotel. Dear friends, please don’t step on me.

There is a subway station downstairs, which is very convenient. There is also an old restaurant downstairs where you can eat fried liver and steamed buns, which is very authentic.

At this price, it is considered a very clean and comfortable hotel in Beijing. The location is also very good, close to the subway entrance, and there are many small restaurants nearby. Plus, the mattress is very comfortable.

The room is too small and the hygiene is very poor. The sheets are not clean. The toilet is even more undesirable. The corridor is dirty and messy. Disposable slippers are not provided and you have to go to the front desk to get them.

In Beijing, where every inch of land is at a premium, the room is a bit small, so it’s okay to live by yourself. It's just that the sound insulation effect is a bit poor. The person next door was listening for half an hour, and my heart was racing.

The hotel is dirty! Poor front desk service! The room is small! Basically, they have all the bad reviews you can think of about a hotel! Bugs, stains, dirt on the floor, torn sheets, unknown yellow liquid on the wall, odor in the air conditioner! After reporting it to Ctrip officials, the store had a bad attitude and refused to negotiate a refund! Finally, after our repeated complaints, Ctrip officially subsidized us with a 200 yuan red envelope! I checked out and changed hotels immediately after 20 minutes of checking in! We understand that it is impossible to stay in a high-end hotel at this price, but if you can't even do the most basic cleaning and hygiene, there is really no way to accept it!
