The room is too small, you can't turn around, you can't put 2 luggages in the ground and open it, there is only 1 seat, there is no place for two people to sit, the water in the shower is not enough, the bed is small, the restaurant looks like a dormitory restaurant and there is nothing good to eat, go down at 9:00 There was nothing left to eat, and the food was hard to eat. There was only one old chef. I booked a deluxe double room, but they finally gave me a regular room. I couldn’t move around. The entrance to the hotel was very small, like a cheap guest house. The TV has no signal, 😣☹️not recommended.

The worst, worst, worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. The overall environment of the hotel is extremely dilapidated. It shares an elevator area with several express hotels. It looks like an old, shabby elevator with a history of decades. The dozen or so floors downstairs are filled with non-hotel residents, and all the people on the elevator are random people. Safety is not guaranteed at all. 2. The room environment was very bad. There were residual unknown liquids everywhere on the walls. There were unknown hairs on the pillows on the bed. When I went back on the third day, there was black dander-like garbage next to the bed. The whole bed was very wrinkled. When I lifted the quilt, it was still wet. The hair that fell out was not dealt with. It's obvious that they didn't clean it carefully. 3. The lighting and air conditioning in the room are very, very weird. The air conditioner is extremely hot at 23 degrees Celsius and extremely cold at 22 degrees Celsius. When I go to bed at night, I am woken up by the heat. When I turn it down, it becomes very cold again. The sensor light beside the bed is very scary! The ****** lights up suddenly in the middle of the night! 4. The hotel front desk has no sense of service at all. The room phone could not reach the front desk. I was forced to find a phone number online to contact the front desk to ask the reason. The customer service replied "We can't solve this." Not giving a solution or telling the reason, ******. After Ctrip intervened and communicated, the front desk promised to provide a room change or other solutions later, but they did not contact me proactively until I left the hotel. I hope everyone can avoid such a hotel
