I chose Xi'an for accommodation on Saturday. After checking in, there was a pungent smell of cigarettes as soon as I entered the door. Ironically, this floor is called a non-smoking floor. . . I couldn't stand it, so I asked the front desk lady to change to another room. The lady readily agreed and was very friendly. After changing the room, I was shocked again. All the Xi'an I stayed in before had dry and wet separation, but this room was not, and the bathroom was very small. Well, it's okay to be small, but the hygiene is quite poor. The bathtub is so dirty that it is yellow, the faucet is dirty and stained, and there is hair on the mirror. . I was speechless, the environment is too bad. And the facilities are very old, there is no smart toilet, robot food delivery, and the kit needs to be upgraded. The hair dryer is broken, but I called the front desk lady at night and she sent it up, which is very enthusiastic. In short, the service of this store is very good, but the rest of the sanitary environment is very bad, not recommended.
