Very good location and super convenient. Lots of local restaurants in the area and 5 minutes walking to Zhangzizhonglu Metro Station. Less than 5 minutes walking to 7-11. Opposite the hotel (crossing the road) there are 2 local convenience stores and more restaurants.
No smell of cigarette in the room we stayed but one room on the night we checked in smoked in their room with open door, the cigarette smoke from this room was all over the hallway.
Special thanks to Ms. Li Xiu Hong, the Front Office Manager who assisted us with the fixing of the coat. Most appreciated. Will definitely stay here again when back to Beijing. Very good memory of the town and its people which includes this hotel and their staff.

The hotel is very good, very near metro exit and you can easily use public transportation to travel around the city. The hotel servers are friendly and helpful. We love its laundry room 😆 u do not need take so much clothes because of it.
Ps: just one point: no elevator or lift to go down the subway, just going-up elevator, so thinking carefully if you have heavy luggages.

Rooms are small, some are quite smelly, poor amenities, excellent location, ok service. Breakfast (Chinese only) is good. Overall an ok Hotel, slightly overrated because they push for good ratings.

Pros:
Great location near metro and many restaurants/cafes.
Room is clean and warm (important in winter!!).
Bed very comfortable and firm, also has 1 soft and 1 hard pillow.
There is a clothesline in the bathroom for hanging laundry.
Free laundry facilities.
Window was able to be opened for fresh air.
Cons but not dealbreakers:
Not many hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, etc.
The shower didn’t drain very well.
Easy to hear noises and loud voices from nearby rooms and from the hallway esp at night.

Had a great stay at this hotels. 姗姗 慧子 was very accommodating and utmost helpful when we encountered issues with the room. They gave us the best stay we can have during our visit to Beijing.
Just a note to consider, hotel Aircond’s are not turned on during winter. Can be abit warm during the night.
