The rooms are especially quiet, and the rooms facing the community are perfect for sleeping. 3. You can choose buckwheat pillows, which is what I care about most. The cons are: 1. The city view room faces the road, which is a little noisy. 2. The hotel management requires the waiters to bow when they see the guests, which is not in line with traditional Chinese culture, disrespects the service staff, and seems exaggerated, which makes people feel a little too much.

The hotel front desk Eason's service is very professional. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. Every hotel staff is very enthusiastic. It was a very good stay and they also gave us fruits.

My child chose the hotel closest to Beijing Film Academy (examination venue) for the art exam, which is 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot. I felt warm and comfortable from the warm welcome at the entrance. The environment was clean and tidy, and there were capsule coffee machines, self-service small refrigerators, etc. In the buffet restaurant, I wanted to drink latte and was scratching on the coffee machine without latte. Soon the waiter found out and immediately appeared beside me to help me order a cup of latte on the machine next to it. There was also a manager on duty at the door who helped me bring the child into the restaurant. Because the child learned on the morning of the exam that he needed to use a USB flash drive and a small speaker, in order to transfer the audio and video documents in the mobile phone to the USB flash drive, I ran to the front desk downstairs at 5:50 in the morning. The young man on duty quickly took me to the business side to operate it. Who knew that the network could not be connected, and then he called Alice on duty in the office for me. She has been very patient to help me deal with it. She changed four computers in a row before getting it done before the exam. Seeing that I finally got it done, she smiled happily. There are people coming and going at the door, but they have not reduced the number of bows at all. I paid attention to it. The concierges greeted and saluted every guest in and out very seriously, without any carelessness! This deserves great praise! The service at the front desk has the carefree style of the capital, which is not professional, and even gives people a sense of perfunctory. It is a relatively negative feeling during this trip. The training should not be in place. Some of what should be said and done did not meet the standards. The facilities in the room are good, there is a night bed service, an electric toilet and it is a relatively high-end model, there is a capsule coffee machine with Jinmilan capsules, and the toiletries are very considerately prepared with mouthwash and laundry detergent. I remember there are also bath salts, and the slippers are of good texture. The overall decoration style of the room is luxurious, and the sound insulation is good. My room faces the Xitucheng green belt and the elevated road, but it is also very quiet. The hygiene of the room is flawed. There are obvious coffee stains on the ground next to the tea cabinet. I stayed for a few days and didn't wipe it. It may be that the staff didn't see it. This should not be in any hotel of any grade. The faucet switch in the bathroom is relatively flexible. There will be a phenomenon of hot and cold during peak water use, but the change of water temperature will be obvious after adjusting it. The bath room of the B1 swimming pool also has this phenomenon. It should be a problem with the faucet itself. Let's talk about breakfast. The breakfast variety is relatively rich. Generally speaking, the quality is good. Freshly squeezed juice is high-end. Fried noodles with soybean paste and sesame cakes with meat are Beijing specialties. The heating lamp of the bread stall may be a little too powerful. The bread is basically all baked dry, affecting the taste. This can be adjusted. In fact, there is no need to keep baking bread. The same dessert as the Parkview Xuan restaurant upstairs also appeared in the breakfast, which is quite surprising. Finally, I would like to praise the staff in the gym and swimming pool for being responsible. They cleaned the gym and the fitness equipment in the morning. I went to the gym several times during my stay, and the locker room was always kept clean. This is worth affirming! Overall, the location and hardware of this hotel are good. The overall feeling is very attentive and meticulous. I look forward to the next time-~

This is my fourth time staying at Taifulu Hotel. Whenever I come to Beijing, I will always choose Taifulu Hotel. There were some minor incidents during this stay, but the front desk manager Yang Jiang handled them promptly. I am very satisfied and thank you! The environment of Taifulu Hotel is very comfortable and warm, making guests feel at home. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich in variety, the overall environment is very quiet, and the sound insulation effect is also very good! The hotel transportation is also very convenient. I will stay here again next time I come to Beijing!
