It was still not good after returning from the Lantern Festival. I called the switchboard and asked the service staff to debug it. It may be that there are fewer service staff at night, and it took a long time to come, but the staff knows the performance of the TV very well, and it returned to normal after a simple operation of the remote control. 4. The room delivery items are also relatively fast, all delivered by robots, but they will not knock on the door. Every time you arrive at the door, the room phone will ring, telling you that the robot is outside the door. 5. After leaving the hotel, the hotel called again to ask the guests if they have any opinions in order to improve and improve, which is also very good. 6. When leaving the hotel, I didn't ask for good reviews like some hotels do. Disadvantages: 1. The facilities are too old: the floor tiles in the bathroom are broken, uneven, and easy to bump and fall. 2. The water flow of the washbasin and shower is small. 3. Cotton fabrics such as bath towels have turned black after washing. It's time to change them. I was lazy this time and didn't bring my own. I picked a slightly whiter one to use. 4. The breakfast doesn't seem to be as rich and delicious as before. I went there at 9 o'clock. The tofu pudding was empty. I waited for a long time but didn't see it replenished; the fruit was also replenished very late; the skin of the fried chicken was soft and it seemed to have been left for a long time. 5. The communication between departments is not smooth. I told the front desk several times about breakfast, but the restaurant waiter still didn't know when I was having breakfast. I had to communicate with the front desk staff again before notifying the restaurant. Overall, the service is good, the hotel environment is also very good, the hardware needs to be improved, and the service details need to be strengthened.

I took the elderly to see the Lantern Festival and stayed in this hotel. The transportation and parking are convenient. When booking the room, I noted that there were elderly people. The hotel is a step away from the snack street, and the food was delicious. The hotel room is relatively spacious, the sleep is very quiet, and the service attitude is also very good.
