Since 2010, I have basically always stayed at Schonbrunn Palace when I stayed at hotels in the west. Now the management is too bad. Before, there was no parking fee, but when I left today, I was told that I had to pay. I told the person who was collecting the fees that I was staying at a hotel, and he told me that I had to pay for staying at a hotel, and he also said that the owner of Schonbrunn Palace had run away!!! Such management and service are really disgusting!!!
