On a road full of flashy cars and expensive Steinway piano stores, Ordos Aili Hotel is well located. The staff are very polite and helpful. Due to language barrier, instead of the restaurant robot, the restaurant manager delivered the food to our room. We ordered room service because of the robot but nevertheless, food was very good. There is a specialist tea shop in the hotel. We didn’t get to use the hotel’s other facilities as we only stayed for a couple of days. If we come back to Beijing, we will definitely be staying here again. Happy holidays!

On the day of check-in, the air conditioner had a problem and did not cool. The indoor temperature was 25-26C. After returning from work, the hotel lobby and the corridor of the guest room could not feel much coolness. As soon as I entered the room, I was sweating all over. I had never encountered a star hotel like this before. After reporting to the front desk, the air conditioner maintenance master came quickly. After a long time, he finally said that it was a problem in the air conditioner main room. The air conditioner refrigeration failure, and the temperature finally dropped to 23C, which was finally comfortable. But the air conditioner master also repeatedly reminded that the lowest temperature was about 22C and would not be lower. I guess the central air conditioner temperature setting is about 21-22. If the front desk staff had not had a good attitude and a good attitude to solve the problem, regardless of whether the problem could be solved, they were really taking action, and considering their hard work and my principle of being kind to others, otherwise I would have checked out and not stayed. Thanks to the lady working at the front desk on July 2, 3, and 4 (I don’t know her name, I saw her working for 3 days).
