The key point was that the room rate was very high during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant did not provide meals. Guests were required to dine at a nearby hotel and were not informed in advance when booking the room. Rooms cannot be refunded after booking during the May Day holiday. So I had to accept the arrangement after arriving. Not very satisfied, the room rate is not cheap. The service awareness is very poor. I guess they think there is no shortage of customers during special times.

We stayed in Huotang for two consecutive days this time. The hotel is unique, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The lady at the front desk provided service with a smile the whole time. She is kind, enthusiastic and attentive. We wanted to visit the Tulou. Since it was not officially open, we needed help to open the door and turn on the lights. She also helped us lay out the sofa. She took the trouble to show us around and introduce us. The other staff were also very patient and responsible. In short, the experience was very good and we took a lot of beautiful photos. We will come again next time when we have time!

But if I call a taxi frequently, I will feel that I am causing trouble to the driver; (4) The air conditioner seems to be unable to set the temperature. I suggest that it be repaired. I think it is an isolated case. The room is 211; Finally, the hotel is new, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced, but the low occupancy rate has resulted in many public facilities not being open.
