Its a homestay type of accomodation, studio type room, fully furnished with refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, and water kettle. Room is warm. Bed comfortable. Pet friendly. Its location is near the Gubeikou watertown, walking distance. The view is the water town. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The owner is super accomodating and friendly.

The place is a bit far, but the room is excellent and very close to the entrance of Gubei Water Town. It has great amenities, and if you want to save money, this is highly recommended!

The boss was so kind and the location was right in front of the entrance. The view was really beautiful during the day and at night. That's why I stayed longer than I originally planned. I didn't want to go back to the expensive Beijing accommodations that smelled like cigarettes. I came today and I already miss the fresh air and scenery so much. It's really a beautiful place to forget, and I'm always grateful for your help in many ways.~^^
