The hotel location is perfect—right by the Great Wall, with stunning views from the window. The room is beautifully furnished, warm, and incredibly comfortable. Gubei Water Town is an absolute hidden gem. The Great Wall's night view is nothing short of magical! Even now, I find myself missing this place as I write this review. Being there felt like stepping into a "time-stopping moment." Truly unforgettable!

Don’t let the exterior and front desk fool you. They don’t look grand, but inside is pleasantly decorated and clean. The room was small, but comfortable. The hotel is directly across from the Service/Ticket Center. It is convenient to drop off luggages after you registered, but you will be outside of GubeiWaterTown. If you are staying multiple days, you have to wait until it opens before you can go in. Also, to enjoy the hot springs, you will have to travel up the mountain by shuttle. It is time consuming. They served a very satisfying breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed.

Convenient location. Ok breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great service. Free hot spring. Got to pay for the massage but masseuses are very professional and good.

We were very happy with this inn. People were very friendly and we felt welcomed. They didn't speak English; however, because we used translator app, we had no trouble. Would highly recommend. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 3 week tour across China. THANK YOU

The hotel is nice and the environment is OK. It is a very unique hotel, but the reservation is a bit troublesome. I booked it six times, and finally the balcony kang of Mulan Inn was still not available, so I was upgraded to a large bed with a fire pit for free. The free tickets on December 31st blocked me. I drove for six hours for a journey of one and a half hours. I left at 4:30 and arrived at the entrance of the scenic spot at 23:30. I will never go to the free scenic spot again. It's a pain!

The room is super big, I stayed in room 209, the decoration style is very good, and the details are exquisite everywhere, but the water pressure is not high due to the electric water heater. 3. The breakfast is delicious, there are not many varieties, but the quality is very high. 4. The service is very good, responsive, and the response speed is very fast. 5. The various rights and interests included in the room feel very worthwhile. I soaked in the hot springs on the city and watched the Great Wall. It is very pleasant to soak in the hot springs. Staying in the hotel can take the shuttle bus unlimited times, which saves energy, especially going to the parking lot. The inn is quaint and close to the river. It's a short walk to the supermarket and a short walk to the tourist center. The location is easy to find. You can record your facial recognition at the tourist center and enter Gubei Water Town unlimited times. It's also very convenient to take a sightseeing bus to get to where you want to go. It's not like other inns that are deep in the alleys and you have to look for them everywhere. The service here is also very good. They bring us to the guest room and breakfast, and they also take the initiative to tell us what activities there are in the evening. It's very warm!

Stayed at Mulan Inn for two days and one night. It felt more convenient than other places. It was also convenient to take the shuttle bus. It was not like staying in a scenic area and having to carry luggage inside. The face recognition was very convenient. The breakfast was also very good. In addition to Chinese breakfast, there were also many Western breakfasts, which was far beyond expectations. The service of the inn was also very enthusiastic. It was a good experience. I will go there again when I have time.

It was my first time staying at Gubei Water Town Mulan Inn. The inaccurate room status confirmation affected the reservation. The TV and phone in the room could not be viewed and used normally. The breakfast variety was relatively simple. All of the above needs to be improved.
