Despite being in the center of the city, the hotel offers a serene escape from the bustling streets.
The rooms and suites are exquisitely designed, blending classic elegance with modern comfort. Probably the worst St. Regis experience I’ve ever had. I was excited to come here with my girlfriend after staying in the Shenzhen st. Regis for almost 3 weeks, which was fantastic. This hotel is the worst, the room was old the staff was rude (inconceivable for st. Regis) and the service was sub par. Stay elsewhere… you’re welcome.
