This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip
Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days
The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build
In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high
There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram
Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained

Had my most memorable birthday at one of my most favorite hotels. Felt like the most important person throughout the weekend. Thanks to all the staffs for taking care of us. Especially to Lena and the Chef.

Location: not downtown
Transportation: really hard to get taxi
Interior design and amenities: old and last century like. Pretty disappointing
Food: so-so, disappointing
Service: staff is nice and service is good. The only nice point of this stay.
View: no nice view, too close to apartments nearby. Stayed on 11th floor.
