This hotel is very bad, they overcharged us and did not return the overcharged money and the receptionists do not know the language at all!!! will never book again

I am still giving excellent rating. But, the hotel called the security to my room probably based on my nationality, race or whatsoever. This is very unprofessional in the 21 century. They even didn’t apologize at the end.

position good for metro but not convinient for the train station with heavy luggage (15 min walk, it is ok with light luggage)

Every thing was very good except the WiFi. The WiFi connection was so bad that it constantly disconnected the WeChat calls and took long time to send messages. I went to the front desk asking about it, they confirmed that it was like that and they wouldn’t be able to do everything.

The hotel is located near Beijing West Railway Station and is also very close to the subway.
The buffet restaurant on the first floor offers a rich and delicious breakfast! The food is great, and the staff are warm and attentive! The dining environment is nice🌹🌹🌹
The towels are sealed in bags, which can be easily torn open for hygienic use.

Horrible hotel ever. Flush was broken, air conditioning is not working properly, breakfast has nothing to eat for foreigners. Receptionists are too rude and asking you to pay extra charges during check-out!
