Hotel was very good , near of airport and service was perfect

We stayed at the Hilton after arriving at 1am in the morning. The hotel is very close to the airport and the free shuttle made the move easy at that time of the day. Our bags didn’t arrive with us on our flight to Beijing and the concierge helped us call the airport to get updated on what was happening with our bags. The guy was brilliant and very helpful. He helped make a stressful time a bit easier.

Highly recommend this top rated airport hotel. Frequent and very short shuttle service from Terminal, very clean, spacious room. kids loved the robot that delivered extra amenities on request.

The hotel is very convenient for people who are catch flights or arriving late at night. It provides commute bus between T3 and the hotel (every 20 mins). The staffs are very warm hearted and helpful, in particular, Linda (Xiaoming) from service centre.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Good breakfast, nice people? Easy room service. It is always enjoyable!

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 2 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

The front-desk service people, 张丽雅 and 张一, were very nice and provided quick check-in.

Everything is up to my expectations except the air conditioner temperature, was advised by the technician that the lowest it can go is 24 degree Celsius. Was not too pleasant during the hot Summer stay.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They made sure all my needs were met and answered any questions I had. I checked in later in the evening and thankfully that have great room service options. I will definitely stay here again when I return to China.

Very clean and the bus shuttle is very quick it took only one minute to go to the airport

Dining 100s of pre-fried eggs and stacks of bacon just sitting there for hours - why not cook enough for the few guests who are there and then cook more as they arrive so they stay fresh. No meat options in the Chinese section. Just a couple of vegetable dishes and a fish dish to go with the fried rice. The made to order Eggs Benedict was served on two triangles of sliced bread from the buffet rather than on an English muffin like it should be. It’s just not what you would expect from this brand. Can remember hotels like these would have real honey, now you get fructose syrup from a bottle to teaspoon onto your pancakes. I can remember when you’d get real Beijing yogurt from a jar but now you get a cheap yogurt pot from the supermarket. And why is your Compass Grill restaurant closed? Cutting back on costs and sacrificing quality seems a post-pandemic trend not just among this hotel but other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Room I liked the room but the TV had no movie channel in English so you can only choose music or news. There is a bath but no bath salts so you basically just get a bed for the night but what I will say is that the bed itself is extremely large and very comfortable and I slept very well. But why can’t I make the room temperature lower than 22? Why can’t I decide how cold my room goes? Staff Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Hotel is clean and very quiet.

I made a day trip to beijing for business purpose and they allowed me to keep my luggage at downtown hilton. Excellent service
