女兒很喜歡王府井文華東方，所以每次來北京都會住這裏，文華客房正對故宮，大夏天在房間看風景，涼快又舒心😌重點誇誇酒店的服務，Cassie每天會給我們提供貼心的小貼士，還非常能照顧到小朋友的需求，其他服務人員也都熱情且真誠，而不是冷冰冰的禮貌。同等硬件的時候，優質的服務絕對是必殺技。

在朋友的強烈推薦下預訂了王府井文華東方酒店，Lina管家為我們提供非常專業的服務和細緻的講解，從開始辦理入住到退房的全過程讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的設施，軟件，地理位置各個方面都是非常絕佳，去哪裡都很方便！晚上可以去MO Bar喝杯東西，早晨起來看着故宮吃着早餐，屬於“老北京”獨特的浪漫，北京住過的酒店，都沒有這家文華給我們的體驗感好，下趟來北京依然會入住王府井文華東方酒店
