We spent nine days at Mandarin. The friendly smiles and thoughtful service of every waiter left us with so many wonderful memories. Every little need was taken care of. This is the charm of Mandarin. Special thanks to Manager Nana for her meticulous care for us. We had a little surprise every day when we returned to the room. The feeling of being pampered was really touching. Cassie, who was in charge of guest relations, took the trouble to help us deal with a lot of personal affairs during our stay. Her attitude was very friendly and helped us a lot. Aimyon at the front desk and William at the concierge had a friendly smile and enthusiastic service, which made us feel at home. Jack in the breakfast room was very enthusiastic. After learning that my husband went to the hospital for eye treatment, he sent him specially cooked carrots every day. It was so heartwarming. Seeing him every day would happily start a new day. Gemini, who helped us carry luggage several times, worked seriously and had a kind and gentle attitude. In addition to these colleagues whose names can be called out, every other service staff would greet us kindly when teaching us. Mandarin is really far ahead! The location and service of Mandarin Oriental are beyond doubt. It was my first time staying at Beijing's Cultural Oriental. I drove to the parking garage shared with the mall. Because there was no exclusive parking space for the hotel, I drove for a long time. Fortunately, someone came to pick me up, which was quite convenient. I booked a terrace room. The environment was good, but unfortunately there was no view. I was a little disappointed. The breakfast at Mandarin Oriental has a wide variety of varieties and the service is also very good. The restaurant boy Jack is warm and thoughtful. He heard that I had a photo-taking task and specially pulled a special coffee for me. In the end, he also gave me a small gift. Thank you very much.

The hotel is located on Wangfujing Street, with a very good location. You can walk directly to the Palace Museum, the National Museum and Tiananmen Square. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. On my birthday on October 6, they also sent a cake to the room. The fruit in the room was also very fresh. I will continue to choose Mandarin Oriental Hotel when I come to Beijing next time.

The hotel breakfast is Western style, but that's not important. The main thing is that the terrace outside the restaurant is awesome! The design of the open-plan tea room is great, the sculptures in the yard are very impressive, and the paintings in the hotel are all excellent works, very distinctive and impressive.

The hotel is still as good as usual, reflected in all aspects, the staff are enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, the hotel facilities are advanced, and the decoration is stylish and elegant. It is highly recommended!
