We had a good stay. The room was what you pay for it's small, but it was clean and had nice things provided like a kettle and towels. This was our first time visiting, if I was going again I would stay closer to the Bell Tower as we found more happening in that area. Although right by the hotel there was really good and cheep restaurants and it's just a 8 minute walk the the underground.

The wifi was terrible in my room and I needed internet for my work. When I asked for a room switch (most rooms were available) to get better internet reception they denied and told me that it’s the same in every room. Also there were insects crawling on the walls in the common bathroom.

It was really nice to be in this hotel. Everything was within the reach. The boy in the helpdesk was really helpful. I forgot to ask his name. If I knew it I would give five star for him.

Dirty hotel, walls spat on. Mold on the walls and musty smell. Everywhere smells of cigarettes. Staff does not speak English.
