Well located hostel. Front desk is very helpful. Room smells a bit of cigarettes but turning the AC on will help with the smell. Would recommend.

Accomodation was okay, the location is great within the old Hutong area though. Rooms are relatively small and additional services are very limited.

The hotel is very well placed. Just 10 min from the underground and 5 min from the Bell and Clock towers. The room was small with no windows but comfortable and clean. The staff was not very helpful

The bed quality is good, wifi not so much, moved to 3 different rooms but my wifi very poor even using local sim card, no laundry service but they have 1 machine for self-service laundry.
Some room have good hot shower water some are weak. Staff is polite and helpful despite of language barrier. Location is fantastic but since it's very near to military office they said that's the reason my foreign and local sim card work poorly. But wifi is also quiet weak during my stay, so try to find room that's not so in the back side of hotel (the connection more weaker if far from the street).

Mia was so nice and help to us, we didn't have mainland number and she helped us to book taxi and showed us so many informations we needed. And so were other staff. We arrived at 2am and they ungraded us to a room with bath tube. The location was perfect to stay, so closed to all Beijing old restaurants and life. We had a really amazing stay here. The place was quiet to rest, right when you walk in the Baochao Hutong, you'll feel like you have left those chaos behind.

As a foreigner, I thought the check in was OK, but there were hiccups. The room was alright, but I was thoroughly disappointed with my window view. It was a window view that opened up to the storage room! I don’t quite understand why this place has such high ratings.
