The reception was not aware of our booking which we made through Trip.com. They refused our check-in.

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station which is decent, but the surrounding area seems to be mostly residential and quiet. The hotel itself is modern though is still somehow feels a little basic. We also experienced a smokey smell in the corridor but I understand this is sometimes out of the control of the hotel staff. It would be good to see this improved.

Quiet suburb of Beijing

The front desk was very patient and gave me a Huazhu Silver Card membership. At this time, in Beijing, at this price, the hotel's environmental sanitation level is quite good. The breakfast is simple, but very clean, good!

The check-in experience was very bad 1. The front desk induced consumption and did not clearly explain the fees to consumers before charging: I booked a windowless room on Ctrip. When checking in, the front desk said that we could not upgrade the room but we could make up the difference of 49 and upgrade to a room on a higher floor. I thought this money was included in the room rate, but we were given a room at the end of the corridor. The so-called "room on a higher floor" was the 2nd floor😓. We went downstairs to the front desk and said that we did not want to stay in the room at the end. The front desk said "this 49 yuan is not refundable or exchangeable". I wanted to argue with the front desk why they did not inform us in advance, but it was too late and I was too lazy to talk. I asked for another room, and they changed us to a "higher floor" 3rd floor room. The front desk kept saying "upgraded us to such and such room". When I came in, I was stunned. This small window, if you don't know, you would think we are going to shoot "The Shawshank Redemption Beijing Version". It really made me speechless. I upgraded to experience a one-day prison tour🫰 2. The room facilities are old and creaky, comparable to ****: At 4:30 in the morning, the air conditioning hardware button began to creak, as if someone was pressing its physical button, and it kept pressing and pressing, as if someone was adjusting the air conditioner. It lasted for more than ten minutes, which scared me awake. I called my boyfriend to see what was going on. My boyfriend got up and said that it should be the old equipment and the room temperature was constantly changing. But it was really scary. It was so scary to have such a thing at 4:30 in the morning The worst Four Seasons I have ever stayed in. The front desk also said that adding WeChat would give a discount next time. Who dares to come? Reward yourself to revisit the prison? I spent money to upgrade to a prison + **, a thrilling trip to the Four Seasons Hotel, and I spent money to suffer🫰

The room was well arranged. The front desk lady also looked at the remaining room conditions and helped upgrade and adjust the room. The facilities looked quite new and the hygiene was very OK.

The room is very comfortable. The customer service is very considerate. Recommended to stay. The room is clean and spacious. The store also sent thoughtful fruits.

The mattress was quite comfortable but the floor was not cleaned. There was a strange noise from the ceiling of the air conditioner in the first room. The robot that came to deliver things got lost. It suddenly rained on the day of check-in and the front desk was very considerate to lend me an umbrella.

The room window does not match the picture on the website details page. There is a strong smell of smoke in the room. The hair and dust in the corners have not been cleaned. The price is more than 700 yuan. Please book carefully.

The room has a big window with good sunlight and ventilation. I stayed here for a few days during the 5.1 holiday. I was very satisfied. The breakfast was also OK. It is 8-10 minutes walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station. Next time I come to Beijing, I will choose to stay here again

The location is quite close to the airport. It took 25 minutes to get there by taxi. The front desk lady gave me a piece of fruit when I checked in. The area is very quiet. The TV is large and has a wide range of programs. There is an elevator control. You can swipe your card to get on and off. It is very safe. I found out that I didn't bring my Apple charger late at night. The front desk lady responded quickly. She sent it up with a robot 🤖 to solve the urgent problem.

I booked a room with windows, but it was almost the same as without windows. The price was nearly ¥100 more than without windows. I didn't find a window until the next morning. It's the same with or without windows in your room. You can't watch TV. The room is pitifully small and very uncomfortable. There was no hot water at 7:00 in the morning. It was really bad. I left it on for more than 20 minutes and the water was still warm. Among the rooms of the same price in Beijing, your room is definitely the lowest.

The room was very clean, the service was very good, the sleep was quiet at night, the breakfast was also very rich, it was suitable for people on business trips. I left at around 3pm the next day and they extended the check-out time to 2pm. I will come again next time!
