優點：離地鐵不遠，附近吃飯方便，特別推薦淮南牛肉湯，離龍潭湖公園步行20分鐘左右。
缺點：環境很一般，以前的筒子樓改造的，設施也比較舊。
總體來説，相當以前的招待所，性價比較高，在二環內300左右的難找。講就舒適的，不要住。

可以説這個價位做的已經可以了，基礎衞生沒問題，床品也是一客一換，但是牆角之類的肯定不會太仔細，絕對乾淨稱不上。設施確實偏老舊一點但也都可以正常用。一共就3層，雖然沒電梯但基本出行的行李沒什麼拎不上去的。關上門走廊的聲音可以聽見，但隔壁房間的聽不見。
地鐵方莊試了下正常走650米，不建議從小區走也要繞小半圈，和從街麪正常走差不多。
附近飯店很多，也有超市，在居民樓外的地方夜晚比較安靜。

房間很好，大學生窮遊，一開始預訂的是民宿，結果到了之後加價，大晚上的找到了這家酒店，環境衞生都不錯，服務也很好，讓我睡了個好覺。

一年到頭天天在外面跑，個大平台都是會員，各種各樣酒店都住過的人來講從來沒遇到過服務人員態度這麼惡劣的！70多歲老父親來腫瘤醫院看病，臨時找的酒店，我上午十點來找父親，服務員是一男的，問我要身份證，我説沒帶，他直接説回家拿，我説外地的，他説：“進京不要身份證？騙誰啊？”這説話口氣，瞬間火大😡進京當然不要，輸身份證號就行，我現在出門到哪裡都不需要身份證，哪個酒店都是可以自己輸身份證號碼的！你自己店沒有這個設備，還説：“你自己不帶身份證還有理了！”咋的？一個小破快捷賓館把自己當中南海了？我説我進去看下父親，又不在你這住！給你看户口本行麼？還是不行，態度及其的惡劣！店家有這樣的服務員，遲早倒閉，根本不知道什麼叫服務！！！而且毫無人性可言，機器人起碼言語會平和吧，這服務員態度簡直我我欠了他一個億一樣！作為攜程鉑金會員，第一次一個酒店一星都不想給

訂的是180的四人間，給的是地下2人間。又加了一天40元住的地上3樓四人間，淋雨開始像針扎一樣疼，給小孩扎的直叫。店員態度很好給換了一個噴頭，地漏堵了沒有清理，也給清理了。沒有電梯店員上下樓有幫助拿行李。
