Pros: good location.
Disadvantages: 1. The store's photography skills are top-notch. Although the room is only more than 20 square meters, it feels like a big mansion. The room description says it is 40 square meters. Does it include the outdoor corridor and elevator room?
2. The bathroom is old and dirty. After staying for three days, I couldn't bear to take a shower.
In short, I will not choose a homestay again in the future. I am disappointed.

優點:
1.這個價格在二環內，算是特別實惠了。關鍵是有特別大的窗户，臨街的房間可以看到很好看的夜景。在這個位置，同等價位訂酒店要麼沒窗，要麼是內窗。
2.另外床墊和被子睡起來也特別舒服。
3.住的附近也有餐館，後門有個老爺爺開的小賣部，買生活用品還有水啥的特別方便。
4.樓下有共享單車，出行左右兩個方向1公里處均有地鐵站，去天安門周圍的景點也都很方便，就算踩共享單車也沒多遠。
5.離使館區還有亮馬河也很近，感興趣可以去逛逛。
不足:
1.不會每天給換布草和打掃衞生，這點不太影響我個人的居住體驗。
2.另外我換過一次房，房間品質不是太統一，沒有酒店那樣標準化。
3.整棟大廈都是公寓，有常住居民，也有其他的公寓或者酒店，人流比較複雜，是沒有前台統一管理的，但是在首都，又是二環內，應該還是挺安全的，不過睡覺還是建議把房間的掛鎖掛上再睡覺。
綜上所述，不到400的價格能在東直門附近住到有大窗户的公寓，真的挺合適的。下次如果還是這個價，我還住。

交通：位置交通非常便利，位於三里屯使館區，周邊就有地鐵站，樓下就是公交站，旅遊辦事都非常便利，步行即到三里屯太古裏商圈，去哪裡都很方便！
