Excellent location near Beijing West station and staff is very friendly. Even though they don’t speak much English, but I find the stay very comfortable. Hotel has a door that directly opens in the Lotus park.

The hotel facilities are average, it's an old hotel. There is no self-service laundry service, you need to pay. The bed is not clean, my child and I were bitten by fleas on our legs! Parking is charged, 20 a day! Anyway, you have to pay for everything after entering. I washed my clothes by hand, the waiter was okay, when cleaning, he saw our clothes hanging everywhere, he helped to bring hangers to dry clothes! The parking fee was waived because I wanted to borrow scissors, the whole hotel didn't have them, the front desk said that parking fees were not charged! After being bitten by fleas, the hotel helped to upgrade the room! In short, the hotel will deal with problems as they arise, not the kind of plan ahead!

It was a great stay experience. Because the bed in the room we booked was relatively small, the hotel helped upgrade the room to a double bed room. The service was excellent and warm and thoughtful. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the West Station and the subway station. I originally booked a king-size room, but the front desk saw that I was with two children and upgraded me to a twin room, which was great.
