Beijing Dongdan Hotel

The most horrible experience of my life during my 6 hours stay in this hotel or rather hostel, the hotel is very dirty, the quality of the rooms is like a prison cell, the smell of sewage was coming out of the bathroom, awful and uninhabitable, after arriving When I took a shower, the bathroom door did not close completely, all the water was standing on the floor of the bathroom and did not go into the well. After contacting trip support team they said we are requesting a cancellation, and after the cancellation request, the hotel reception came to the door of the room three times and forced us to leave the hotel at 2 am, while I said that I have booked another hotel and am waiting for the support team to confirm my early checkin in my new booking hotel. however, the hotel reception insisted that we leave as early as possible and no matter how much I said that I will pay for this night, she still said no, you have to pay in full. My suggestion is to not throw your money into this trash , sleeping in the street is more clean than staying at this piece of garbage place.

Amazing location a very quick walk from the station. Very clean and the hotel staff very polite and happy!!

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient (it is very close to the metro station). The room was really very small. We arrived early in the morning from the airport, very tired, and they let us check in early.

It is renovated and well maintained. Staff is very cooperative.

Nice room, if a bit small but in a great location.
