Young, friendly and hardworking staff very attentive to requests. Gave us a discounted room upgrade day of as the cheapest room was too small for a couple with lots of luggage. It is more suitable for a solo traveler. Room was clean also. Don’t forget to get the coffee in the lobby. It was one of the surprising highlights of our Beijing trip. Cheers

This is the perfect hotel to stay at if you have Embassy appointment. Room was clean and modernized. The staffs were very friendly and assisted with all my needs . They have a translation device that you can use to communicate with them ( that was very useful to me). There’s a coffee shop downstairs and you can also request breakfast for additional cost.

The room is not big but comes with plenty of amenities.
I stayed during winter, and the heater was warm enough to keep the room comfortable
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, but the surrounding area is filled with restaurants and small stalls that are worth exploring.
The staff are friendly and helpful. 谢谢艺栈的工作人员👩💼

Hotel is located 15-20 minutes walk away from the nearest metro station, it was also difficult to find first time. Reception staff was nice but did not speak bare minimum of English. They tried to help me with using a translator device. Sometimes the information provided was not efficient or was lost in translation. Room was ok, on the small side. Cleanliness was ok, housekeeping had nice touches, they made me smile.
