房間衞生條件一般，多處地方發現遺留毛髮，甚至還有遺留的牙線。有一桶桶裝水，瓶口開着，説是前一位客人的，為什麼不收走，衞生間的插座都是壞的。
酒店服務到還可以，提出的問題服務員也都能及時解決。

走的匆忙，居然忘記拍照了，酒店很出乎意料的好.首先服務態度很好，把車停下後保安還替我拎了箱子進去，前台服務態度也是非常好，一直送到了電梯。進去酒店環境和照片一樣，乾淨，很有設計感。總之，很滿意的一次住宿體驗，

出門沒看黃曆，下午2點到了酒店以後，辦理入住時候前台開始聯繫保潔打掃衞生，我又等了20分鐘，心裏想着會不會保潔比較着急不給換床單被套之類的，結果進入房間一看，枕頭套確實沒給我換，我又打前台電話讓服務員過來，結果那個女的進來後給我説這都換了，我一個經常住酒店的人，枕頭都換沒換我一眼都能看的出來，也懶得聽她解釋了，我直接説了句趕緊給我換了吧，房間垃圾桶裏上個房客留下的垃圾都沒倒，桌子上全是浮灰，地面衞生更不用説了，下午五點準備沖個澡睡一覺，沒熱水，打電話問前台2次，第一次説師傅正在修，半個小時候後第二次打電話問前台，什麼時候來熱水，結果那個女的直接來了句“不知道”……我內心瞬間有一萬匹馬在奔騰，我直接穿衣服下樓去前台問，説是還要半個小時，，好歹天黑了以後終於來了熱水，下次不會再入住！

不知道怎麼了，大廳裏總有一大羣人，還有很多警車進進出出，有次大廳裏一大羣人中間還有醫護人員，看起來非常的恐怖，以為走錯地方了。

這裏最大的便利就是離十號線僅十分鐘步行距離，酒店乾淨衞生，暖氣足，25度熱得睡覺都關了，穿襯衫。

酒店設施較舊，房間內唯一一張凳子還是發黴的，牆有發黴，建議酒店多采購點的衣架，每人限量2個，其中還有一個是外面商店賣衣服送的那種塑料衣架，曬不了厚點的衣服。床單被罩也沒洗乾淨！交通還算便利，地鐵1個小時左右都能去到景點
