The hotel is a few minutes walk from the subway station. It is located on a main road, so it is convenient to get a taxi too. Breakfast is quite good with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very accommodating. Rooms are equipped with modern technology. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel looked good in the photos of the reservation, but only the room was the same as the photos, but the air conditioning didn't work, it was very hot, no ventilation. The reception staff didn't speak any English, one of the days, the girl who made coffee asked , in the middle of the stay, that the hairdryer in the room was missing, even though it was in the room and we hadn't even checked out yet. Terrible breakfast, there wasn't even a black coffee or juice to drink, no bread, butter or jam. Simply do not book this hotel, very bad.

I booked a special offer bed. It was very late when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff helped me upgrade the room to a loft room. There was a sofa bed downstairs, which made the kids very happy. The upgraded room was right next to the road, so it wasn't noisy in the morning. There was also a bathroom next to the bed, so I didn't have to worry about going to the bathroom at night. I needed to change to a twin bed the next day, and the front desk lady helped me take a look. She first understood it clearly before helping me with it, which was really good. I will stay here again next time. The hotel lobby looks very comfortable when I check in. The hotel also has free parking.
