Ruman Hotel (Zhongguancun East Road Branch)

When I got to the hotel by taxi, I almost couldn't find the entrance. There was no sign outside the hotel, and the sign was very small and hard to find. We stayed in the winter, and the room was ridiculously hot and stuffy, and we sweated in the room. I asked the front desk how to solve it, and the front desk said that the air conditioner was central air conditioning and could only turn on the warm air, so we turned off the air conditioner. After turning off the air conditioner, it was still very hot, so the front desk helped us solve the problem and gave us an electric fan. Such a good hotel can't use the cold air of the air conditioner.

The environment is very good, the overall feeling is very refined, the service staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and help solve small problems 😁 Upgraded to a window room, the hair dryer is very useful

I always stay here in Beijing. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is new and conveniently located. I also like their coffee machine. Two bottles of mineral water are provided every day. Since I am a regular customer, the hotel often arranges the same room for me if the room is still available. I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it!
