[Avoid!] Very bad accommodation experience, the room experience of a four-star hotel with a room rate of nearly 400: 1. Booked a bathtub room, checked the room as soon as I checked in before 6pm, and the first impression was that it was not cleaned up everywhere. The core is that there is no disposable bathtub bag. At 6pm, I went to the front desk to verbally inform that I hope to send two bottles of water and bathtub bags, and got a reply that they will be sent up later. It was close to 9pm, and I called the front desk 4 times through the store phone in the middle, and the reply I got was always to wait for it to be sent up. At nearly 9pm, a front desk clerk finally knocked on the door and said that the person in charge of taking the warehouse key had left work at 5pm and could not be contacted, and anyway, he did not bring it up. Because I had been playing with my children for a day, I was too tired and had no energy to change hotels. The front desk said that I would go down and ask the leader. 2. When the front desk clerk knocked on the door to explain at night, I asked him to enter the room and saw many places in the room that were not cleaned up. There are also labeled cleaning agents used by housekeeping on the washbasin, and the bathtub is covered with bathtub bag positioning stickers used by previous guests, all of which have not been cleaned. 3. This hotel seems to have gone through a major change, and the familiar faces are no longer there. Unfortunately, the new team has not been able to continue the good traditions of service and cleanliness. Today, the service attitude is cold and the cleanliness is greatly reduced, making it difficult to feel the warm affinity that once was. I am deeply disappointed with this change and have decided not to choose this place as my place of stay in the future.
