There were 5 of us living in this apartment with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. It is a 5-minute walk from Songjiazhuang subway station, which is very convenient! I will choose this serviced apartment as my first choice when I come to Beijing next time.

The description of this apartment is easily misleading, because my family of three requested two rooms. I had confirmed with the landlord before, but there were only two beds on site. One of the beds was only for sitting, and the cabinet at the entrance was The door fell off as soon as I pulled it (please see the attached picture for details). Afterwards, I negotiated with the landlord to ask for a room change, but the landlord told me the next day that there was no room. Therefore, I reached an agreement with the landlord that we would check out on January 8th, and he promised that he would Refunded the remaining three nights' rent, but still haven't received a refund. The landlord explained that he has informed your company and asked me to communicate with you myself.

The location is near the 3rd Ring Road, and it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. It's quite convenient, but it's OK for 3 people. It's very narrow with too many people, and the little owner of the attic is too short. When you go in, you can't stand up and will hit your head. There are 2 bathrooms, but only one can be used for showers. The rest are OK.

It's very close to the subway station. It only takes three to five minutes to walk. The environment of the community is also good, and the rooms are also good.

The room is clean, and the transportation is double. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Tiananmen Square by subway. It is 20 minutes to get there by subway from Beijing Railway Station, South Railway Station, and West Railway Station. The price is cheaper than other hotels, and people clean it every day.
