I regretted the decision to book a room for my child's college entrance exam: First, I booked the room 20 days in advance, but was charged three days in advance. Of course, the hotel is not responsible for the scratch, but the hotel advertised that it has free parking, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. I didn’t expect it to be such a wild parking lot! The location of the hotel is very noisy. On the first night, it was facing the street. It was hot if I didn't open the window, and it was noisy if I opened the window. I was afraid that my children would catch a cold and affect their exams if I turned on the air conditioner, so I didn't sleep well that night. On the second night, I changed to a room facing the parking lot. It was still noisy. The supermarket was loading and unloading goods all the time, so I could only close the window and turn on the air conditioner. I had a very bad rest for three consecutive nights! The hotel facilities are old and the shower drainage is very bad. After I reported it, a security guard came up with a disposable comb and told me to dig out the floor drain and the water would soon flow out. I had to keep it well to prevent odor. This is the standard of a budget hotel where you pay 480 a night! This is the most important exam in a child’s life. As a parent, I feel so regretful and upset for choosing such a hotel!
