The exterior looks old and run down. But the room is very clean, no cigarette smell, the floor is heated so the room is quite comfortable. Just open the window for fresh air. Best part, the hotel is just 5-10mins drive to airport, just meed to inform them of your flight departure time. Just need to leave hotel within 2hours for international flight because it is so near, no need to go extra early. Staff is friendly and no communication problem.

It is located near T3 airport. About twelve minutes walk away, there is a shopping centre with alot of well known eateries chain with a supermarket. Downside is that the shower room water is not very warm and has weak pressure. Otherwise, everything else was quite acceptable.

It's very cozy place, extremely close to the Capital airport, with free transportation to the airport! Staff is very nice, and you're sure you won't miss your flight.

We arrived in Beijing late (1.30am) and had a problem contacting the hotel from the airport. It took 4 calls before someone answered, and I was really starting to panic as this was transit from Thsiland and we had a young daughter who was very tired and upset, no Chinese money, and airport wifi kept losing connection. When they finally answered, they only spoke Chinese. Luckily, we got help from a lady on the information desk at the airport who spoke to the hotel for us and arranged our collection. After that, all was good. Collected at level 4 exit 10 within 10 minutes. The hotel room was great, but the heating was underfloor and no way to turn it down. There was an air conditioning unit but no control. It was so hot I had to sleep on top of the covers. The transfer back to the airport was arranged once you arrived at the hotel, which was great peace of mind. This is a good hotel to use as a transit stop over. Just getting in touch with the hotel was a little tricky.

When my flight was suddenly delayed, I found a hotel with clean rooms near the airport. There is a shuttle service available at all times. All the staff were very helpful.

The room is very tidy without any rubbish,although it is a special price room.The bed is round,it is very comfortable.And I will pay for it again.What´s more ,the hotel approaches the airport for the time arriving the airport is five minutes.

The place are more than good enough to stay to specially if you will stay outdoor most of the time. It’s exactly how it looks like on the photo. And the staffs are so friendly! The hostel is only 5 minutes drive from the airport. So it’s very convenient especially if you have an early flight the next day. The place is spacious and comfortable enough. I’ll surely book this hotel again in the future.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory; I noticed several areas that were not properly cleaned, which affected my overall comfort. Additionally, I found the quality of the accommodations to be below the standard expected, especially considering the price I paid. The discrepancy between the cost and the quality of service and facilities was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Near airport, good service, spacious, free airport drop off service, reception is there all the time.

It was hard to find an airport shuttle. Only thanks to trip.com reviews on this hotel I’ve learned that it is best to ask help at Tourist Help Center at Terminal 3 to call the hotel for the pick up. I was waiting for the shuttle for 20 minutes, but the ride to the hotel was quick. The hotel should improve their communication so tourists won’t have problem with finding how to get there. Airport drop off was ok. The rooms was ok, everything seemed to be clean, but the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. Overall, it’s ok to stay for a night if you have a transfer flight at Capital Airport. But there’re things to improve (add a chat with a hotel!!!!!)

Excellent. Great helpful staff who we communicated by apps. Big room, super comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Very quiet. Clean. Minutes from the airport by free shuttle. Shops and food by a 15 minute walk. The only issue and this goes for all trip.com hotels is that there's never a response to messages. Even if we had a phone number we couldn't talk anyway. On exiting the airport arrivals we went right and talked to the tourist help office. They phoned the hotel and the driver picked us up quick at level 4 gate 4.
