Hygiene: Very good.
Environment: For hotels in the community, don’t expect exterior views. They face a staircase and have to keep the curtains closed during the day.
The service was excellent.
Facilities: It has everything you need, but the elevator is relatively small.
It's okay to stay for a day or two on a business trip. For breakfast, there is a breakfast shop downstairs and it costs around 10 bucks.

The location is okay. It's close to the subway station. There are a few parking spaces and it's inconvenient to drive by yourself. It's in a small alley.
The room is quite decent and not too big. It's relatively clean and tidy. The overall impression is pretty good. After all, it's affordable at this price point in Imperial City~

The hotel has a beautiful environment, is very clean, has complete facilities and equipment, and provides a great living experience. The front desk staff is very friendly and I often stay at Lavande because of the environment and service!

The room is clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet area. The indoor temperature is 30 degrees. You have to take off your clothes as soon as you enter the room, leaving only your underwear. The price-performance ratio is good. There are some small restaurants around, which are OK.

Lavande is a chain hotel that I personally stay at quite often. Because I had plans to go to Cuiwei, I booked the Lavande on Wanshou Road. The location is more than ten minutes' walk from the subway station. There are shopping malls, cinemas and bus stations nearby, which is quite convenient.
Service: Overall it's pretty good. The front desk coordinated the room types very thoughtfully, and the cleaning attitude of the guest rooms is also good (some rooms are cleaned well, while others are sloppy). There are robots to help deliver takeaways, and check-out is also very fast.

There were some rooms with unusual noises, or the water in the bathroom would flow into the toilet, but after reporting it to the front desk, they immediately changed the room and refunded part of the fee. The service attitude was very good. The new room was very quiet and comfortable overall.
