老闆人挺好的，會提前聯繫確認需求，房間衞生挺乾淨的，大落地窗光線好屋裡挺暖和，在村子裏麪比較安靜。有廚房自己煮麪吃也方便，不錯不錯。

裝修新，環境好，老闆人不錯。可能因為去的時候正趕上旁邊的景點修建關門，晚上感覺比較安靜。

五一租了這個院子全家一起燒烤。燒烤的各種設施齊全，老闆還幫着燒碳。娛樂設施齊全，有ktv，有機麻。四間屋子空間很大，大家都睡得不錯。屋頂上風景也很好。

哇哦，真是非常好的一次體驗，寧靜的村莊，敞亮的院子，大大的落地窗讓人身心舒適，天台的山景應收眼底，讓人心曠神怡，舒適的床品，乾淨整潔，老闆人非常好，聊天的過程中知道這個院子是老闆精心設計的，有很多玄妙之處，因為老闆是個非常厲害的風水師，對玄學有着頗高的研究，幫我解答了很多困惑，對很多事物的看法有了新的認知，對文學有了新的理解，簡單的一次出行，讓人身心愉悦，感受了一下不同的洗禮，對於一個睡眠有障礙的我來説，住在這個院子裏休息的太好了，每個房間的擺設和格局都是有講究的，有着不同的神奇功能，下次還來，把所有房間都體驗一下，帶着家人一起來放鬆，真的是最奇妙的一次出行，強烈推薦，一定要趕上老闆在的時候來，會有不同的收穫噠

潛淵農家院刷新了我對民宿的新概念，首先外觀為別墅設計大氣上檔次，一户雙層樓，樓下接待朋友樓上休息，衞生間乾淨整齊無異味，24小時熱水，衞生洗漱都是上檔次的一次性用具，在頂樓有個涼亭和小花園，環境優美，在涼亭內飲茶觀遠景，悠閑自在，風景這邊獨好，廚房工具齊全可自己動手做飯，老闆為人爽快，為客人準備了牛排及啤酒，我這次得多住幾天啊。

帶閨女去懷北滑雪偶然選擇了潛淵民宿，總體體驗感非常好。從整體感官來看，民宿設計感十足，很有格調，庭院、露台設計別具一格，室內裝修陳設藝術感、實用性、舒適性兼具，loft房屋的結構佈局會給人非常開闊通透的空間感受。從設施來看，潛淵應該是這個區域唯一具有新風系統的民宿。

潛淵真是近期發現的寶藏民宿了，房東熱情，談吐不凡，聊天后得知這所院子都是由房東親自設計，從院子外到客房內，乾淨整潔，細節滿滿。位置就在青龍峽景區的邊上，走路大概15分鐘，院子外可以免費停車，十分方便。在頭頂露台感受世外桃源般的寧靜，於潛淵得到身心的放鬆，下次再來懷柔，還會選擇這裏。

今日入住潛淵民宿，院落在村中偏北，停車方便，業主非常有禮貌，選址獨特，設計這塊很是講究，入住體驗不錯，房間整潔，室內温度合適，床品布草也好，重點是洗手間也很乾凈，整晚的睡眠非常好，院子中露台很出彩，位置好，景色如畫，遠離喧囂，適合三五好友一起品茶或者小酌…
